Joker Compass

FAQ

Häufige Fragen

Kurz, ehrlich, ohne Marketing-Sprech.

What is Joker Compass?
Joker Compass is Procurement Joker's AI platform. Four tools in one platform: JOKER AI for procurement analysis, JOKER CALC for savings potential, JOKER READ for negotiation strategy, JOKER CHECK for your maturity level. Ready to use immediately, from CHF 0.
Who is Joker Compass suitable for?
For SMEs and hidden champions in the DACH region. For scale-ups whose procurement can't keep up with growth. For Heads of Procurement without the resources for strategic initiatives. For CFOs whose procurement is slowing down time-to-market. If standard consulting is too slow and your team is too small — that’s the Joker-Move.
What does Joker Compass cost?
Scout: CHF 0 per month, permanently. Buyer: CHF 20 per month. Compass: CHF 55 per month for teams of up to 3 people. Navigator: price on request for corporations and multi-site organisations. All prices are clearly displayed — no "request a demo".
Is Scout really free – or just a trial phase?
Permanently free. No expiry date, no credit card required. You get JOKER AI in research mode, JOKER READ, and the full Maturity Check. If you need more volume, switch to a paid plan — or stay with Scout.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Email and password are sufficient. Account creation in under a minute. Payment is only required when switching to Buyer or Compass.
What exactly do I get with the Maturity Check?
30 questions across 5 areas: Digitalisation, Processes, Suppliers, AI, Compliance. At the end: your maturity score, a benchmark against comparable organisations, and an initial roadmap with the next steps. Duration: approximately 8 minutes.
Do I have to register to use the JOKER Maturity Check?
You can start the check without an account. For the full results — roadmap and benchmark — create a free Scout account. This will save your results and allow you to measure progress later.
How long does registration take?
Less than a minute. Email, password, done. After that, JOKER AI and JOKER CALC are ready for immediate use.
Is Joker Compass GDPR compliant?
Yes. GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 certified. Data residency EU. You can exercise your GDPR rights via the platform at any time.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. Your entries and documents do not train models. They are used exclusively to process your request and are processed within the EU.
How secure is my data?
Encrypted transfer and storage, EU data residency, ISO-27001 security standards. Strictly separate access per client. You retain control and can delete data at any time.
Which AI models are behind this?
The platform uses the most advanced language models from OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity - selecting the appropriate one for each task. You do not need to worry about model selection, API keys, or setup.
What languages is the platform available in?
Three languages: DE · FR · IT. Swiss multilingualism as standard – not an add-on.
Can I combine Joker Compass with consulting services?
Yes, that's the core of the model: platform plus line experience. You use the apps in self-service and, if required, get senior sparring on demand – without new headcounts. 30 minutes of plain speaking, no slides.
What differentiates Joker Compass from traditional procurement consulting?
"Consultants deliver slides and hourly rates. Joker Compass delivers tools that work immediately – plus C-level line experience, if you need it. Weeks, not months. Margin, not meetings."
Do I need a large purchasing volume for this to be worthwhile?
No. The {JOKER Maturity Check} and {JOKER CALC} show savings potential regardless of size. SMEs with a small team, in particular, benefit most from AI-supported analyses.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly cancellation, no minimum contract period for the standard plans. Scout is free anyway. You can export or delete your data at any time.
How do I get started quickly?
Start the JOKER Maturity Check, view your score, and create a free Scout account. In approximately 10 minutes, you will know where your procurement stands and which three levers to pull first.
